Romy has worked for companies for years. Even as head of human resources and organizational development at Migros, she loved to understand complexity, recognize core problems and their dynamics and identify existing potential. Later, as a board member of a leading educational institute, she specialized in seminars.

In 2003 she founded her own company. Today, Radical Business Innovation AG consistently focuses on the goal and empowers people and organizations.
