Claudia Filsinger is the Founder of Moving Maps Ltd, an international business consultancy offering emerging experiential learning and systemic coaching methods that change mental maps. As well as being a workshop facilitator and accredited executive coach herself, she also trains and supervises other coaches, mentors and consultants. Claudia used to lecture in coaching, business and management at Oxford Brookes University Business School and has written many articles about coaching.
Visual Constellations - Systemic Coaching meets Visual Thinking!
Deepen your systemic practice by learning how to use visuals as a bridge to deeper insights. Whether you are experienced or new to working with constellations, this workshop will give you a low-tech, creative problem-solving method you can learn fast and use for self-coaching or with others - both in person and online.
We will create visual constellations with simple drawings on Post-its. If you suffer from the ‘I-can’t-draw-syndrome' you may discover that you actually can! Claudia herself is fairly new to working with visuals and will share her tips on how to use simple drawings like emojis or basic symbols to create an additional layer of information when working with constellations.
Bring a live work challenge (or opportunity) you can work on during the workshop and which you are happy to talk about with others. Also, have also some plain A4 paper and pens handy. (If you have, also a few square post-its but this is not essential).
