Converging at the intersection of personal, organisational and spiritual growth, 

Anne believes every human being has an authentic and precious narrative. They just need the right place and moment to bring it to the world. 

Landed is this belief and in her personal and professional development Anne is engaged in holding the space to make people awake, flourish and act confidently. 

Anne's journey began in 2008 when she delved into Systemic Organisational Constellations. Graduating as a Certified Trainer in Systemic & Organisational Constellations in 2019. Freelance projects in Organisational Development led her to expand her expertise in Systemic Team Coaching and Movements of Transformation. Her mastery has been honed under the guidance of renowned mentors like Jan Jacob Stam, Bibi Schreuder, Matthias Vargas von Kibed, Insa Sparrer, Elmer Hendrix, Guni Baxa, and even Bert Hellinger himself (although for a brief moment in time)

Anne's expertise extends far beyond systemic work. She's a Theory U Practitioner, trained by Otto Scharmer and Arawana Hayashi at the Presencing Institute, offering a profound understanding of transformation in self, business, and society. As a Deep Democracy Practitioner under the mentorship of Jistke Kramer and Myrna Lewis, she has deepened her insights into group dynamics, decision making, and conflict resolution. Anne holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, specialising in Tropical Agriculture.

Working as in HR & Organisational Development for over 15 years Anne understands the complexities of organisations intimately. She has facilitated transformations across hierarchies, translating systemic insights into real-world strategies from different HR roles, including HR Director, HRBP, and Change Lead. She embarked on a journey of learning and unlearning, recognising that each organisation possesses a unique history, culture, and patterns. Anne brings her own history and patterns into the equation, making this a challenging learning curve. The stark contrast between being part of a system in a strategic or operational role and holding the space as a systemic facilitator is profound. This experience has given Anne a deep respect for all roles and all levels within organisations.

Anne infuses her work with creativity, merging Systemic Constellations with Generative Scribing and meditation. Always combining and practicing diverse methodologies and tools to offer customised experiences for people, organisations and communities. 

She unveils the unseen, adding a visual dimension to systemic wisdom.

Beyond her professional life, Anne embarks on a spiritual quest, practicing meditation, yoga, and Kendo to reconnect mind, body, and soul.Anne is a mom of a beautiful 10 year old boy, wife, visual artist and loves traveling and camping with her family.
