Bea brings more than 30 years of experience as a consultant, coach and trainer, and expertise in the human dimension (Gestalt, psychodrama, systemic family theory, regressive hypnosis).

Luc, for his part, has accumulated 30 years of international experience as an engineer, salesperson, project manager and manager in a multinational company, followed by his dedication as a consultant and coach. His expertise focuses on business management, complex systems theories, chaos theory, cultural anthropology and sociology.

In addition, both share expertise in the spiritual and psychological enneagram, systemic and organizational and structural constellations.

Bea translates the conceptual into the practical, and Luc frames the practical in a conceptual understanding.
