In one sentence: Dees makes the world bigger for other people.
She has a lot of energy and aims to bring out the best version of people and teams. Her motto is "it can be done."
Originally trained as an HR manager and environmental scientist, she has worked in various roles at different companies for about 20 years. Entrepreneurial and active as she is, her passion led her to become self-employed. Since 2014, she has been working under her own name in (interim) project management, leadership roles, and policy advice. Through NLP (Practitioner, Master Practitioner, Coach, and Trainer), she came into contact with systemic work in 2016, and since then, she has been working with great love as a systemic 'companion', trainer, and coach.
In late 2019, she co-founded TeamConnect with Jan Jacob Stam. She enjoys thinking outside the box with humor and always maintains respect.
In her free time, she spends a lot of time in the air as a paragliding pilot, and she also loves being in nature, preferably in the mountains.
Workshop:
Potential may sound very enticing, but it's not all (or only) fun. In the workshop, we will discuss potential - what it is and its 'flip side,' the effects of it. This can apply to yourself, your team, or your organization. After a brief introduction, there will be plenty of space for personal experience and exploration in small groups. Of course, there will also be time for questions and sharing.
